Consumer Satisfaction Survey Results FY 2014

The RCT works with DRS and DBS to review and analyze data collected by consumers about their interaction with the agency. Consumers whose cases have been closed during the year are contacted and surveyed by a contracted vendor to determine their satisfaction with services they received. DRS and DBS also administer the survey to a random sampling of active consumers. Both DRS and DBS have developed questions to obtain important feedback from consumers.
