Chapter 2: Standards for Work-Oriented CRPs

2.4 Work Adjustment Training (WAT): Revised to delete the following requirement regarding hours of work adjustment training: "The CRP must provide a minimum of 25 hours per calendar week of work adjustment training."

8.3 Fees: Wage Premium fee added for Basic Job Placement, Enhanced Job Placement, and Supported Employment Services categories.

Chapter 2: Standards for Work-Oriented CRPs

2.1 Fees, new standards published to meet the Pre-ETS requirements of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act (WIOA), Title IV enacted July 22, 2014. These revisions are required to allow staff to purchase Pre-ETS services from providers. Specifically, additional Vocational Adjustment Training for Work Readiness Services, along with their associated service fees, have been added.

2.8 Vocational Adjustment Training (VAT), revised to divide VAT services into two sections. Section A applies to Vocational Adjustment Training initiated before July 10, 2015, and completed before September 1, 2015. Section B, a new section, applies to Vocational Adjustment Training for Work Readiness initiated after May 27, 2015. These new standards are designed to meet the Pre-ETS requirements of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act (WIOA), Title IV enacted July 22, 2014.

Chapter 9: Project SEARCH

New chapter published to document support services provided to students as part of Project SEARCH. Project SEARCH is an international model where high school students in their last year of school participate in an internship with a business to add employability of a student.
