Commenting on the Proposed State Plan

The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is accepting comments on the Proposed Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) State Plan (45 C.F.R. Part 98) for Federal Fiscal Years 2014 and 2015. The Proposed CCDF State Plan, to be submitted to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services by July 1, 2013, describes state-subsidized child care services planned for October 1, 2013, through September 30, 2015.

Public Hearing

TWC will conduct a public hearing to receive public comment on the Proposed CCDF State Plan. Anyone wishing to testify at the public hearing is requested to bring a written copy of comments to submit to TWC along with verbal testimony.
