Requesting Records from Closed Schools

If you are a previous student of a career school or college that has closed and you need a copy of your transcript or other records, use the following list of current contact information for closed schools in Texas. When requesting your records, always include:

• Name used while attending
• Social Security number
• Date of birth
• Current mailing address
• Name and address of school
• Dates of attendance
• Name of course of study
• Signature
