How to File on Magnetic Media

Reporting on Magnetic Media

Quarterly unemployment reports can be reported on diskette or compact disc.

As a Magnetic Media filer, it is recommended that you do not submit a duplicate paper copy of your reporting data at any time. Including a copy of the reporting data you submitted may cause your data to be posted twice. If you choose to remit a paper check instead of paying online, simply enter your 9 digit TWC account number on your check or download the Payment Voucher from the TWC Tax Forms and Instructions page and submit it along with your check.

Acceptable Types of Magnetic Media
