Overview

The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) requires each Workforce Development Board to develop a comprehensive 4-year local plan that analyzes the local workforce development area and lays out each Board’s strategy to meet the economic and employment needs of the area’s job seekers and employers.
