Rehabilitation Services Standards for Providers help ensure that TWC consumers receive quality services to assist them in achieving a successful outcome to their vocational rehabilitation. The Standards also help ensure that taxpayer funds are spent wisely and each purchase paid for with public funds represents full value to the taxpayer. Each contractor is responsible for maintaining compliance with the most recently published standards.
The procurement standards ensure that we maintain full compliance with applicable federal, state and departmental purchasing requirements throughout the procurement process. Contract service providers receive accurate information about their obligation to meet all applicable standards of conduct and TWC performance expectations for each purchase. Consumers receive quality services to assist them in achieving their vocational rehabilitation or independent living goals.
